ELEGANT After making a few young Arsenal supporters grin, Jack Grealish was praised as a “top man.”
That’s even though his Manchester City team recently suffered a defeat at the Emirates.
Grealish did not play in Pep Guardiola’s Treble-winning team’s 1-0 loss in north London.
For the first time in eight years, City fell short against Arsenal when Gabriel Martinelli struck late.
And with two points separating them, City trails the Gunners and Tottenham at the top of the standings.
With two straight losses, the champs’ trip up north was destined to be dismal.
However, Grealish ensured that he left the Etihad with a positive impact, having brightened the days of two young Arsenal supporters.
Following the final whistle, the England player climbed into the stands to take a picture with a little Gooner who was wearing an Arsenal jersey.
Grealish leaned over to take a picture of the child, who was beaming from ear to ear.
But the standout winger for City wasn’t finished yet.
He tossed his City top into the outstretched arms of a different child as he turned back toward the pitch.
When the fan realized he got his hands on Grealish’s top, he jumped with joy.
And admirers referred to the former star of Aston Villa as “top man” on the internet.
“Jack Grealish is such a stand up dude,” stated one. courtesy
Someone another said, “He is grounded.”
“It’s impossible not to like him,” someone wrote.
“I’m a United fan, but he’s a top guy,” said another.
