Automobili Pininfarina B95 is like a fighter plane capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 2 seconds

The Automobili Pininfarina B95’s exquisite profile adheres to the brand’s current PURA design concept. It is, in reality, Automobili Pininfarina’s first coach-built model. Along with narrow LED headlamp strips, the front is dominated by a large splitter that protrudes from the nose. Massive vertical veins directly behind the backlit Automobili Pininfarina insignia on the bonnet expel air pulled in from the nose to keep the hypercar stuck to the tarmac. Because the B95 is a Barchetta, it lacks a roof, leaving the cockpit open all the time. There are electronically adjustable aero screens for both the driver and the passenger in place of a conventional windscreen.

The vehicle en route to Monterey Car Week has an external treatment with two tones: a contrasting Giallo Arneis yellow and a shade of gray known as Bronzo Superga. The super barchetta has matte black, forged aluminum wheels that measure 20 inches up front and 21 inches behind. The majority of the outside is covered with sustainable brown leather, and the cockpit is equally insane. Fascinatingly, the headrests have a distinctive houndstooth design thanks to the Pied de Poule Houndstooth Luxury Textile trim. The three screens behind the steering wheel in the cockpit are oriented with the driver in mind.

It should come as no surprise that the Battista, which is derived from the Rimac Nevera, and the Automobili Pininfarina B95 have the same electric drivetrain. Because of this, it has a huge 120kWh lithium-ion battery pack that powers four electric motors with a total output of 1,874 horsepower. The super Barchetta, according to the Italian manufacturer, can reach a high speed of more than 186 mph and go from 0 to 60 mph in less than two seconds. Paolo Dellachà, CEO of Automobili Pininfarina, stated, “This is the most exciting chapter of the Automobili Pininfarina story so far – we’re taking another big step forward.” In 2025, the Pininfarina design house will celebrate its 95th anniversary, and production of the Pininfarina B95 will begin in that year. The B95 is only available in ten units and starts at $4.8 million.
