Beyoncé and Jay-Z redefined opulence on California’s Billionaires’ Row with $200 million Malibu mansion

Situated in the esteemed Paradise Cove, this lavish residence has now achieved the distinction of being the most expensive home ever sold in the state, adding another chapter to the illustrious journey of this influential duo.

According to TMZ, the extravagant estate features a brutalist-style design and encompasses a vast 3.2 hectares, providing unparalleled vistas of the ocean and coastline.

Perched high above Paradise Cove beach, the property establishes a direct link to one of Malibu’s most breathtaking stretches of shoreline. At the heart of the estate stands an imposing 40,000 sq ft mansion that dominates the landscape.

Conceived by the renowned Japanese designer Tadao Ando in collaboration with LA-based Why Architects, this dream residence for the billionaire couple was commissioned in the late 1990s.

The contemporary design, a testament to architectural brilliance, required nearly 15 years of meticulous planning and construction to attain the zenith of luxury and sophistication.
