When it comes to lavish birthday presents, Offset pretty much does it all. After giving his wife Cardi B “the biggest diamonds you could get” (a $1 million heart-shaped diamond engagement ring and matching band, to be exact), the bling-obsessed Migos rapper next gifted her a Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV that cost more than $330,000. What’s left over? The Grammy-winning singer now has an opulent holiday house in the Caribbean in addition to all of the aforementioned splendor.

Offset surprised Cardi B on her 29th birthday with a $1.5 million Dominican Republic investment property, as the New York Post first revealed. The West Indies rental house has been planned for a while, based on a recent post on the artist “Bodak Yellow”‘s Instagram account: For a while now, I’ve been telling [Offset] that I want to invest in short-term rental homes in the Dominican Republic and other Caribbean nations, but it seemed like he didn’t agree with me and preferred to make other financial decisions. I was wrong, though.

Situated in a guard-gated enclave in the northeastern resort town of Las Terrenas, the four-story contemporary home is situated on a 4-acre hillside parcel close to the shore. Its 7,000 square feet are occupied by six bedrooms and six baths.

There are two pools: a smaller lap pool off one of the bedrooms and an infinity pool with chaise couches on the top. There is also a separate studio with one bedroom and one bathroom, complete with a kitchen and living area. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the tropics are also framed by several terraces and wall-to-wall windows.

 

 

Now listed on Airbnb for $836 per night, the house is made of raw concrete, rusting steel, wood, and stone. There is a fitness center, a private garden, and a covered outside eating area with a BBQ in addition to an Italian kitchen with a wine fridge, an eat-in island, and an adjacent dining room.

 

 

 

Homeowners can also enjoy extra features including two swimming pools, a helicopter, three tennis courts, a golf shuttle, and private beach access. Best of all, you can tell your friends and classmates that Cardi B is your landlord.
