Fulham complete the loan signing of Chelsea striker Armando Broja

Armando Broja’s loan to Fulham is almost agreed upon by Chelsea.

Chelsea and Fulham close to reaching Broja loan agreement

Fulham will pay their west London rivals a loan fee of up to £4 million ($5 million) and pay the entire salary as part of the agreement.

Fulham and Wolves were reportedly interested in signing Broja to a loan, according to a previous report from The Athletic.

Although budgetary restrictions stopped AC Milan from moving further with their inquiry over a trade for Broja, they are anticipated to reevaluate the matter in the summer.

After starting the season recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament injury he suffered back in December 2022, Broja has scored twice in 19 outings for Chelsea. Previously, in 38 games for Southampton in the 2021–2022 season, he scored nine goals.

In addition to Raul Jimenez, who has been Fulham’s first-choice No. 9 for the majority of the season, the club has been looking to add forward reinforcements in transfer window.

Real Betis and Augsburg are interested in Carlos Vinicius, another attacker, although Rodrigo Muniz, 22, is anticipated to stay with Marco Silva’s team.
