Garnacho became a father at the age of 19 and named his son the same as Argentina’s teammate

Manchester United footballer Alejandro Garnacho and his partner Eva García welcomed their first child into the world, naming him Enzo Garnacho García.

Enzo was born on October 4 at St. Mary Hospital in Manchester, England, and the couple proudly introduced their newborn to the world through a joint social media post.

The announcement featured four photos, including one of the new parents with their baby, a close-up of their hands with a shared “infinity” tattoo symbolizing their love, and two additional images. Among the first to congratulate them was Ángel Di María, Garnacho’s new teammate in the Argentine national team, who wrote, “Congratulations guys,” along with a heart emoji. Enzo Fernandez, another member of the Albiceleste, also extended his congratulations. Juan Gauto, a former teammate from their time in youth teams at Huracán, added his heart emojis to the post.

Numerous other footballers, including former Manchester United teammate David De Gea, Spanish defender Sergio Reguilón, Moroccan Sofyan Amrabat, Ivorian Amad Diallo, and Rhys Bennett, as well as other members of the English team, joined in celebrating the happy news.

Back in April, Alejandro and Eva announced their pregnancy with a joyous celebration. Garnacho shared his excitement on social media, saying, “We cannot explain what we feel to be able to fulfill our greatest dream together. We are counting the days to meet you, dad and mom we already love you very much, Enzo.” The couple’s relationship began two years ago, and Eva has a significant online presence with over 419 thousand followers on TikTok and more than 210 thousand on Instagram.
