‘I worry about him’… Ian Wright thinks about the £32 million Chelsea player after the Tottenham game

While Nicolas Jackson did a great job, it doesn’t look like everyone thought so.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright talked about his goals on his show Wrighty’s House and said he wasn’t sure how they were finished.

Fans of Chelsea won’t care how they got there, though, because those goals gave them all three points against their tough neighbor.

Nicolas Jackson gets harsh comments

Before the Tottenham game, he wasn’t able to finish well enough. To be fair, he had pretty good chances last night in north London.

Nevertheless, he still needs to get ready and score at the end of the day.

Of course, Ange Postecoglou’s ridiculously high line yesterday made the above easy for Jackson, who joined Chelsea from Villarreal in the summer for £32 million (The Guardian). Which player in the world of football, though, cares about how they score their goals?

Jackson scored three goals yesterday, which is a lot for a center forward. That should be praised, not criticized.

The Senegal international isn’t the best No. 9 when he gets into the box and has a chance to score, but he is only 22 years old. No one should be surprised that he sometimes looks very raw and inexperienced in front of goal.

We hope that changes. Jackson has been a good all-around player since he arrived at Stamford Bridge, so Mauricio Pochettino might have a pretty good striker on his hands if it does.
