In his most recent transfer hint, Mauricio Pochettino compared the ‘amazing’ Chelsea player to Harry Kane

This season, 22-year-old Broja has recovered from a serious knee injury he had last year and made 13 appearances in the Premier League.

Despite Chelsea’s attack being severely understaffed, the Albanian international is reportedly one of several players being linked with a transfer this month.

Since the sale of an academy graduate like Broja would be considered as a full profit by the relevant authorities, it would be an easy way for Chelsea to balance their books and comply with financial fair play regulations.

While Fulham, Wolves, and West Ham United are all interested in signing the striker, Pochettino sees him as a tremendous young talent and draws a parallel to Harry Kane, who didn’t start to thrive for Spurs until he went on loan.

With Friday’s FA Cup match against Aston Villa looming on the horizon, Pochettino spoke on how even the greatest attackers required playing time when they were younger.

Someone has to strike a balance for them. Nonetheless, I maintain my belief in his ability to become a phenomenal striker. The procedure is time-consuming. It reminds me of Harry Kane every time. While on loan at Leyton Orient and Norwich, he worked on his balance. His true potential wasn’t apparent during the first half of the year because he didn’t begin performing until December and January.

Putting that major injury from last season behind him is never easy, but he needs to do it for this season as well. While competing with other top attackers like Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Didier Drogba, and others, he is attempting to perform for Chelsea. That’s never easy for a young man.

Even if Broja’s future is a subject of much discussion, Pochettino maintains that his player needs to find a way to handle it if he wants to be as great as Kane.

The business and football both include it. Being at Chelsea is your goal, right? You are there when you perform well and score goals; you are also present when you do not score. You are present if you participate. At least you’re present if you’re not participating.

Finally, there’s no getting out of it. This is a huge duty, but if we want to reap the rewards of being a Chelsea player, we have to be willing to take it on. Some people will constantly find fault with you. This is the norm. We are tasked with doing this function.

Accepting that this is a business is a prerequisite to playing football and being involved in the industry. Being at the top is tough for people who aren’t able to handle or manage with pressure, whether they’re players, coaches, or staff. Even at this level, you might not be able to play football.
