Chelsea youngster Carney Chukwuemeka has bought himself a huge mansion worth £4.8 million.

Land records show that the property had a guiding price of £5.5 million.

The Surrey home boasts some incredible features, affording Chukwuemeka a comfy stay.

The house features a grand entrance hall, seven baths, five reception rooms, a family room, an office, and even a breakfast room.

In terms of entertainment, the stately pile has a media and games room, bar, and a party terrace.

In a sales brochure shared by the sales agents, it was noted that the property also has a heated underfloor to keep guests warm during winter, a programmable sound system, and a ‘sophisticated CCTV security system.’

“The property is finished to a very high standard and has a range of features, including underfloor heating,” the estate agent stated.

When did Chukwuemeka join Chelsea?

Chelsea signed the 20-year-old in the summer of 2022 from Aston Villa for a fee in the region of £20m.
