LUKA DONCIC’S NEW $2.7M PRESTON HOLLOW HOME IS ADORABLE

While the Dallas Mavericks and the NBA’s collective bargaining agreement will eventually cap Luka Doncic’s salary at $7,431,120 per year (not including endorsement money), the Slovenian-born superstar is currently pocketing an average of $7,431,120 per year thanks to his rookie deal.

It was inevitable that he would eventually put down some roots in Dallas, so he did just that.

That Doncic had done, purchasing a home in the posh Preston Hollow district of Dallas for $2,745,350, was first revealed last week by the Dallas real estate publication CandysDirt.com.

There is a five-minute drive or seven-minute bike ride to his boss Mark Cuban’s house on Deloache Avenue, according to Preston Hollow People, and the five-225 square foot, four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 9119 Guernsey Lane is situated on a 0.78-acre property.

The house, which was renovated by John Huffman of JH Design + Build, was originally constructed in 1984 by modernist architect Hardy McCullah and shares the same white brick facade as the neighboring NorthPark Center, a popular shopping destination in Dallas.

Among its many features are a smart home system, ceiling heaters for the patio, a fireplace that spans the distance between the main floor and the master suite, a projector for the pool area, and a four-car garage made of glass.

The home’s highly favorable realtor.com listing is as follows:

Sitting on a.78-acre site in a posh, tranquil neighborhood in the Preston Hollow estate area, this contemporary masterpiece is tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac and offers a haven from city life. The downstairs features the bulk of the living space, which is characterized by an open and inviting layout that makes excellent use of the available space. The home’s huge windows let in an abundance of natural light and offer stunning views of the modern pool and beautifully landscaped garden. With its latest upgrade, the smart home system, Control4, can now be used in more rooms, both inside and out. A new metal roof, power blinds, outdoor projector, pool equipment, landscaping, and audio/video wiring were among the other modifications. There was also a complete revamp of the security system. A retractable movie projection screen, numerous flat-screen televisions, an outdoor pavilion with a grill, and built-in heaters are all part of the outdoor entertainment areas. Every inch of this property was meticulously planned!
