Two goals from Foden and Haaland in the first half helped Man City win when hosting Nottingham Forest in round 6 of the Premier League.

Man City continued to demonstrate their strength with Foden (7′) and Haaland (14′) scoring to help the home team take the lead quite early.

The second half of the match was interrupted by a series of fouls and arguments from players from both teams. In particular, Man City only played with 10 people when Rodrigo received a direct red card for his unrestrained actions towards Nottingham Forest player Gibbs-White at the beginning of this half.

However, in a superior match, the away team could not do anything more. In the end, Man City won 2-0 against Nottingham Forest, thereby firmly holding the top position in the Premier League rankings.
