Mike Tyson of NBA! Jamal Murray, star for the Nuggets, thinks he could be a UFC fιghter if he weren’t in the NBA

Jаmаl Murrаy, pоint guаrd fоr the NBа’s Denver Nuggets, recently spоke tо SiriusXM Spоrts during the teаm’s trаining cаmp, when he disclоsed thаt if he wаsn’t in the NBа, he’d like tо cоmpete in the Ultimаte Fighting Chаmpiоnship (UFC).

Murray, now 26 years old, has recently taken up mixed martial arts training and is optimistic about his prospects in the sport. The Nuggets player revealed his interest in mixed martial arts (MMA) when a reporter joked about whether or not the UFC would sign him soon.

If I wasn’t a basketball player, I’d definitely get into mixed martial arts (MMA) because of that skill. As Murray put it, “It’s my other love besides martial arts.” “Now I’m back to working my actual job.”

Murray recently gained notoriety for a viral video in which he wrestles with a UFC superstar and nearly gets strangled out.

Alexander Volkanovski, the current UFC featherweight champion, gave Murray a quick grappling session not too long ago.

Murray demonstrated a proficiency in MMA; should he want to pursue that field, there is little doubt that he would also be a UFC champion.

But if anyone knows that MMA is not like basketball, it’s Volkanovski. On Saturday at UFC 294, Islam Makhachev knocked him out.
