For the sake of protecting the injury, Jackson had worn a splint on his right arm for his last two games.

According to the Daily Mirror, the Senegalese forward was experiencing the issue prior to Chelsea’s 1-0 victory over Brighton in the Carabao Cup.

According to reports, Jackson had a little surgery to fix the problem.

The 22-year-old has withdrawn from Senegal’s match against Cameroon due to the operation.

Jackson has withdrawn from Senegal’s team to play Cameroon in a friendly in France.

Prior to the October 16 friendly in France, Senegal confirmed that Jackson has not joined the squad.

Jackson’s replacement will be Rangers attacker Abdullah Sima, who has been called up.

Jackson should be ready for Chelsea’s upcoming Premier League game against Arsenal on October 21, when the Blues will host the London derby.

The summer acquisition from Villarreal, who cost £30 million, has made nine appearances for Chelsea and scored three goals.

Jackson has scored for the Blues in back-to-back starts, including the game-winning goal in the Carabao Cup victory.

In Chelsea’s 4-1 victory over Burnley on Saturday, he added another goal, tying Raheem Sterling for the lead in goals scored so far this season.

Jackson was suspended for Chelsea’s 1-0 victory over Fulham, which occurred in between their victories over Burnley and Brighton.

Arsenal will be looking to win four straight games overall when Chelsea and Arsenal square off in the London derby.
