Noni Madueke, star for Chelsea, admits he has been watching Mohamed Salah, star for Liverpool

Madueke, who can play on either wing or up front, transferred to Chelsea from Dutch club PSV for £35 million in January.

The Blues have used the England U21 international in 16 games, and he has scored twice.

Madueke is eager to improve his skills and has been studying video of Mohamed Salah and Kylian Mbappé.

I only consider the greatest, Madueke declared. James Ryder, our analyst, clipped Mbappe and Salah, so I’ve been keeping a close eye on them.

They are always anticipating when a teammate enters the penalty area after receiving a pass or when they themselves enter the box.

I’m working on making more “easy goals,” or “one-touch goals,” as they’re sometimes called.Knowing how quickly I move, there are moments when I have to stop, take a deep breath, and then file something away. I need to keep pushing forward so that I can eventually accomplish it at Chelsea.

After a poor start to the season under new manager Mauricio Pochettino, Chelsea has won three consecutive games in all competitions, including two Premier League victories over Fulham and Burnley.

Unfortunately for the west Londoners, following the international break they will welcome the undefeated Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.
