Always reliable, Cristiano Ronaldo scores twice to ensure his team qualifies for Euro 2024

Two goals from the Al-Nassr hero on Friday ensured Roberto Martinez’s squad a trip to Germany in the summer.

With Friday’s 3-2 victory over Slovakia, Portugal ensured their spot in the Euro 2024 tournament. However, they were far from dominant in the tense match.

Defended successfully аgаinst Slоvаkiа’s аeriаl аttаck. Unfоrtunаtely, Hаnckо’s shоt went strаight tо the bоttоm cоrner despite his best effоrts tо blоck it.

Weakly pushed up the flank, opting to pass rather than run. But I never managed to wear down his defenses.

The pass that Ramos headed in was superb, and he followed that up by setting up Ronaldo for Portugal’s second goal. The highlight of his performance would have been a header of his own from four yards out, which he somehow missed.
