Since Alphonso Davies and Real Madrid have already been closely associated, there isn’t much more information available. The Canadian international may be allowed to depart the Bundesliga champions at the end of the current campaign rather than take the chance of him leaving as a free agent just one year later. The current deal for the Canadian international is set to expire in the summer of 2025.
It remains to be seen what happens with Davies during the summer. Amidst all of this, Real Madrid appears to be keeping an eye on another player.
Similar to Davies, Leroy Sane’s current Bayern Munich deal is expected to expire in the summer of 2025. Regretfully, it appears like teams other than Real Madrid are keeping an eye on him.
Xavi seemed to be monitoring the German international as well. According to SPORT, Sane has apparently drawn the interest of Real Madrid and Barcelona in recent months.
Real Madrid is thinking about another Bayern Munich player
If Sane becomes available for trade, many Premier League teams would undoubtedly be interested in him as well. He already has a positive perception of the English Premier League from his time spent there previously.
Since joining Bayern Munich following the hiring of Thomas Tuchel, Sane has been at his best. Transfermarkt data show that in 18 games this season, he has nine goals and seven assists.
Sane has, of course, already achieved success in Germany and England. La Liga might, therefore, be a better fit for him. At 27, he is undoubtedly at the prime of his career. Although he appears like a fantastic complement to the current Real Madrid team, it would definitely be challenging to pull off.
