Rick Ross lavishes a lot of money on a palatial home on Miami’s Star Island

Rick Ross plans to purchase an extravagant nine-bedroom property on Miami’s Star Island for as much as $37 million.

Among the well-known individuals who have resided on Star Island over the years are Shaquille O’Neal, Gloria Estefan, and Sean “Diddy” Combs, according to the Wall Street Journal.

2020 saw Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez invest in a ten-bedroom mansion on the island, adding to its glamor.

According to TMZ Hip Hop, Rick, 47, a resident of Star Island, was reared in the same Miami suburb as Flo Rida.

After buying the opulent property, Rick allegedly intends to spend millions restoring it. His 40,000 square-foot, brand-new mansion has six baths, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool, among other lavish features.

Water access is provided through a small wooden harbor located in the rear of the opulent seaside residence.

Rick will be able to use features like the entertainment room after he moves into the house.

The property was put up for sale in May, and it seems that the rapper from Money In The Grave is almost done with it.

According to Architectural Digest, he spent $3.5 million for former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire’s Miami house almost two years ago.

Rick acknowledged, “I still haven’t slept in that 7 once,” on the REVOLT program Assets Over Liabilities, months after purchasing Amare’s home.

Now, though, what? He thought, What? The upside is that when I sell it, I might be able to recover up to $3 million more than I did for the same house.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Rick Ross additionally paid Meek Mill $4.2 million to purchase his Atlanta home a few months prior.
Rick was curious enough to purchase a multimillion-dollar Atlanta property when he first started earning a fortune as a rapper.

“Homes was something I was always fascinated about, so me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta,” Rick recalled in a 2021 interview. We used to halt, hesitate, and say, “God d’mn,” when we rode past this spot.
