Goals from Julian Alvarez and Erling Haaland fired us back to the top of the Premier League as we set a new record for home wins.

And the squad were back at the City Football Academy the following day with a return to European football on the menu.

After winning our opening two matches in the defence of the Champions League, we now face a trip to Switzerland.

City head to Bern to face Young Boys on Wednesday night at 20:00 (UK) aiming to take another step towards qualification or the round of 16.

The sun was shining in Manchester as preparations began for our third Group G clash.
