First of all, I think this is one of the most creative boat designs we have seen in a while. Modern superyacht Tetrahedron Super Yacht has a pyramidal shape that makes it look like an alien spacecraft floating over the sea.
The Tetrahedron was designed with an enclosure that is radically simple and an elevated means of movement above the water level by rethinking the form, superstructure, and propulsion of the modern superyacht. Designed by London-based architect Jonathan Schwinge, the superyacht is currently only a dream but could soon become a reality.
The hydrofoil small waterplane area ship, or superyacht HYSWAS, has a tetrahedron form. The pyramid form’s four sides and six leading edges provide crucial stability and containment. The building stays above the water’s surface, giving the impression that it is levitating and traveling quickly through the air. One submerged torpedo hull and one vertical strut comprise the HYSWAS’s hull. The vessel will swiftly rise out of the water thanks to its side-mounted, movable hydrofoils.
Additionally, the boat will be equipped with “fly-by-light” autopilot technology, which comes from the aviation industry and enables it to maintain a high speed while managing difficult roll forces. It would control pitch and heave as well. Longer lengths will be feasible because to reduced out-of-water drag, and stormy ocean conditions will nearly completely prevent slamming, increasing efficiency.
