De Bruyne was in the Middle East for the last weekend of the Formula 1 season, where Max Verstappen won the Abu Dhabi GP, while his club was drawing 1-1 with Liverpool at the Etihad on Saturday.

However, a video of the Belgium playmaker in an uncomfortable circumstance surfaced.

But after that, as viewers responded to the amusing video, they started dancing together.

As he prepares to return to the field, De Bruyne provided an update on his recuperation as well.

“It’s going well [the recovery], getting along,” he stated. We still have a little distance to go, but we’ll make it.”

When questioned about his availability for a return, he responded, “Hopefully something close after the New Year, if everything goes well.”
