Who is better? Jack Grealish OR Raheem Sterling ?
Chelsea player tells two new signings that the club would have a ‘Spanish mafia’
According to one Chelsea player, the club’s new Spanish mafia was something he warned two players about before they signed with the club this summer.
Left back Marc Cucurella is known for his humorous ways and lively demeanor, so it’s clear that his statements are tongue in cheek! While speaking with the Chelsea website over the weekend, the Spaniard was asked about Robert Sanchez and Moises Caicedo’s potential summer transfers. Both players had previously played with Cucurella at Brighton, so it was great to see some old acquaintances when they visited Stamford Bridge this summer.
Since Caicedo is also a fluent Spanish speaker, the three of them might get along swimmingly in their own little “Spanish mafia,” as Cucurella calls it!
Additionally, it should be noted that the new coaching staff consists entirely or partially of Spanish speakers.
Upon Sanchez and Caicedo’s arrival, Marc exclaimed, “I am very happy they joined.” I informed them that it’s a significant club, that they would be happy here, that I am happy here, and that we would have a Spanish mafia here!
We can more easily explain our errors or what we need to do on the pitch now that we can communicate with the manager in Spanish.
I believe that when our connections are excellent, we can play together on the pitch; we are a close-knit group that is great both on and off the field.
