5 stars are about to leave Chelsea in January because of Pochettino’s new policy

Chelsea may see 5 stars leave in the January transfer window after coach Mauricio Pochettino applies a new policy.

Even though has spent 1 billion pounds since billionaire Todd Boehly took over in 2022, Chelsea still ranks 10th on the Premier rankings League with only 4 wins after 13 matches.

The Blues’ squad is constantly lacking due to injury problems. And Coach Pochettino is looking forward to adding some new faces in January. Boss Boehly is also willing to spend money on the Argentinian teacher.

But because Chelsea’s squad is still very bulky, the team’s board of directors asked Pochettino to sell a player if he wants to bring in a new player.

According to The Telegraph, there are currently 5 stars currently facing the prospect of being eliminated next January. These are defenders Trevoh Chalobah, Malang Sarr, Ian Maatsen and strikers Armando Broja and Noni Madueke.

Chalobah has not yet played a match since the beginning of the season due to injury. Sarr is not trusted while Maatsen, although a product from the academy, has only appeared on the field 9 times as a substitute.

Although Broja has great potential, he is constantly injured so he cannot contribute much. Meanwhile, Madueke failed to impress coach Pochettino.
